NICOLAS MASTROPIERI
Attorney
Nicolas Mastropieri has been a Northern California resident since 1985 finding his way to California courtesy of the United States Air Force. After serving as Crew Chief on C-130 Rescue aircraft based at McClellan AFB in Sacramento, honorably discharging from the service and enjoying a brief stint in civil service working on F-111/F-15/A-10 aircraft Nick decided the snow of his home state of Massachusetts was to be only a memory and took up permanent residence in Northern California
Once his two children completed their higher education and began their professional lives, a life-changing question came to mind.
“What would you do if you had all the money in the world?”
The answer to that question, become a lawyer, began a most unlikely, highly challenging and extraordinarily fulfilling journey. Out of college for too long for credits to transfer he found himself as a “special student” required to jump through more hoops than a normal law student including CLEP exams, a favorable LSAT score and passing the Baby Bar at the end of the first year of law school. Every step along the way could have easily provided an “I did my best” place to surrender the dream, but every challenge was met regardless of the level of difficulty.
Getting a JD from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento by attending night classes while maintaining a full-time corporate job provided an extraordinary opportunity to compete with some of the area’s brilliant and quite a bit younger classmates. The supportive family atmosphere of Lincoln and its engaging professors solidified the determination it took to complete the journey and pass the California State Bar.
The family atmosphere and opportunity to help people who don’t know the language of the law and have something that needs to be heard or understood is what drew Nick to Fry Law Corporation and Christopher Fry. Although being a newer attorney, Nick has many years of varied life experience enabling him to relate to, listen to and find the legal story bringing clients to need top rate legal representation.
